I-Kiwi inothile ngo-Vitamin C, a, e, ne-potassium, i-magnesium, ne-cellulose, futhi iqukethe izakhi zomzimba ezingenazo ezinye izithelo-i-authic acid, i-amino acid, ne-minocitol. Inani lokudla okunempilo ye-kiwi lingaphezu kwezinye izithelo. Okuqukethwe kwalo kwe-calcium izikhathi ezingama-2.6 ezi-grapefruit, amahlandla ayi-17 i-apula, kanye nezikhathi ezi-4 ubhanana.

7. Ukupakisha:
